MAD Scholarships

The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. Mid-Atlantic District is pleased to announce its' scholarship program, which is available for students in high school and students in college.

Available Scholarships:

1. Mid-Atlantic Allen A. Whitby Scholarship – application disseminated through the B & P clubs, by members and local schools.

   -African American high school senior

   -Open December 1, 2009     Deadline February 18, 2010

   -Two Scholarships to two recipients will be awarded each in the amount of $1500.

    -African American high school senior

    -Deadline March 1, 2010 in the year of graduation

3. Julianne Malveaux scholarship – application on line at www.nanbpwc.org

    -African American female college sophomore or junior in an accredited college or university.

    -Deadline March 1, 2010
